Department of finance and accounting

The Department of finance and accounting is an important component of the organizational structure of the Lipetsk Institute of cooperation (branch) of Belgorod University of cooperation, Economics and law. The Department trains highly qualified specialists in the following specialties and areas: 

Faculty of economics and commodity science: "Economics", "Finance and credit", "Accounting, analysis and audit".

Faculty of secondary professional education: "Economics and accounting (according to branches)".


The main goal of the Department of finance and accounting is to provide training of qualified specialists in the field of finance and accounting in accordance with the requirements of the modern labor market.

The following tasks of the Department can be identified within this goal:

  • ensuring coordinated and high-quality work of teachers of the Department to improve the efficiency of the educational process;
  • organization of the educational process in accordance with innovative approaches in the field of quality of educational and methodological support of taught disciplines;
  • implementation of research and teaching potential of the Department staff in the framework of training manuals, monographs, scientific articles;
  • improving the effectiveness of students’ moral training through the organization of educational work at the Department;
  • optimization of teachers’ professional orientation work to improve the quality of the Institute's applicants;
  • ensuring the formation of students ' practical skills within the organization of industrial and educational practice among students.

Specialized classrooms are fixed to the Department of finance and accounting:

- No. 28 (Laboratory of information technologies in professional activity, laboratory of a virtual enterprise, Training room for conducting lecture-type classes, training room for conducting seminar-type classes and practical classes, Training room for conducting current control and intermediate certification, Room for independent work).

- No. 41 (Informatics laboratory, Laboratory of information technologies in professional activity, technical teaching AIDS laboratory, classroom to conduct classes, lecture-type classrooms for conducting training and seminar-type and practical training, the training audience to conduct independent work and course design, classroom to conduct ongoing monitoring and interim certification).

- No. 42 (accounting audience, classroom for lectures, classroom for seminars and practical classes).

- No. 44 (classroom for lectures, classroom for seminars and practical classes, Classroom for self-study and course design, classroom for group and individual consultations, classroom for ongoing monitoring and interim certification).

- No. 45 (mathematics and statistics Room, classroom for lectures, classroom for seminars and practical classes, classroom for self-study and course design, classroom for current control and intermediate certification).

- No. 46 (technical means of training cabinet,  cabinet of information technologies in professional activity, training room for conducting lecture-type classes, training room for conducting seminar-type classes and practical classes).

- No. 47 (laboratory of Informatics, information technology cabinet in professional activity, Training room for conducting seminars and practical classes, training room for conducting current control and intermediate certification, room for independent work).


All rooms have:

technical training facilities: multimedia projector, screen for multimedia projector; 

classrooms are equipped with computers and computer furniture sets (automated training places).
